Delete account & data

WeightMate lets you delete some data while keeping your account, or delete your entire account and everything we store for you.

Delete some data (keep your account)

Sign in to the app and use the controls below. Changes sync to our servers when you are online.

Progress metrics & check-in history

1. Open Progress.
2. Long-press a metric, or use the remove control on a metric card.
3. Choose Delete permanently.

This removes that metric and every stored value for it (for example, all body-weight entries or all step counts for that metric). Choose Archive instead if you only want to hide a metric but keep past logs.

You can also open a specific day’s check-in and clear or change values for that day without deleting your account.

Today’s in-progress workout (before you save)

On Workout, if you have logged sets today but have not finished and saved the workout, use Discard to clear those in-progress sets from the current session. This does not affect workouts you have already saved.

Routine assignments

On Home (Routine), remove an exercise from a training day. That updates your schedule; it does not delete your account.

What you cannot delete in the app (without deleting your account)

• Saved / completed workout history — there is no workout log screen yet; once a workout is saved, it stays until you delete your account or email us (see below)
• Your email address, username, or authentication account by itself
• Referral credit balance and referral relationship history
• Bug reports you already submitted
• Google Play purchase records (managed in your Google account)

To remove saved workouts, account identifiers, or other data not listed above, use Delete account below or email us to request specific deletions.

Delete your entire account

Account deletion removes your profile, workouts, routines, progress metrics, check-ins, referral data, and other data we store for you.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open WeightMate and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Under Legal, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm deletion.

Deletion is immediate. We remove your data from our database (Supabase). Service providers we use for auth and subscriptions are instructed to stop associating new activity with your deleted account.

By email (if you cannot use the app)

Email founder@snowproapp.com from the address on your account. Say whether you want:

• Full account deletion, or
• Specific data removed (for example, certain saved workouts or check-in history — describe what to delete)

We verify ownership before processing. We aim to complete verified requests within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).

Subscriptions

Deleting your WeightMate account does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself. Before or after deletion, cancel auto-renewal in your Google Play subscriptions if you no longer want to be charged.
