This Privacy Policy describes how ProApps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the WeightMate mobile application (“the app”) on Android. The app is published by Bradley Emerson under the developer name ProApps.
By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Information we collect
Account and profile information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect and store:
- Email address
- Username
- Authentication identifiers issued by our auth provider
- Program settings you configure (for example, training schedule and deload preferences)
Fitness and app content you provide
To provide the core product, we store data you enter in the app, including:
- Workout routines, exercises, and logged workout sessions (sets, reps, weights, and related notes)
- Progress metrics, goals, and trend data you track
- Daily check-in values and custom metric definitions you configure
- Custom exercises and routine library entries you create
Referral program data
If you use referral features, we store:
- Your invite code
- Whether you signed up with someone else’s invite code (referrer relationship)
- Referral credit balance and conversion counts used to grant promotional access
We do not sell referral data. Referral relationships are used only to operate the in-app referral program.
Subscription and purchase information
WeightMate offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases through Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card number or full billing details.
Google Play processes payments. We use RevenueCat to verify whether your account has an active entitlement (subscription or lifetime access). RevenueCat receives an app-specific user identifier linked to your WeightMate account, purchase product identifiers, and subscription status — not your card data.
Information stored on your device
The app caches some data locally (for example, session state, theme preference, and offline workout data) using on-device storage so the app can load quickly and work when connectivity is limited. This local data is tied to your device and is cleared when you uninstall the app or clear app storage.
Information we do not collect
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
- We do not sell your personal information.

The app requests network access (
INTERNET) to sync with our backend and subscription services; we do not request location, contacts, microphone, or camera permissions for core app features.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Sync your workouts, routines, and progress across sessions and devices
- Provide trial access, enforce subscription entitlements, and apply referral credits
- Operate and improve app functionality and reliability
- Respond to support requests you send us
- Comply with legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed for those services:
- Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and secure storage of account and app data you save in WeightMate.
- RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management linked to your account identifier.
- Google Play — payment processing and subscription management through your Google account.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We choose providers appropriate for hosting and operating a consumer mobile application.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business (with notice where required).
Data retention
We retain account and app data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records for billing disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example, limited purchase or referral audit records).
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: Much of your data is visible and editable in the app (profile, workouts, progress). For other requests, contact us.
- Account deletion: Email us at founder@snowproapp.com from the address on your account to request deletion. We will verify ownership before processing.
- Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Marketing: We do not send promotional email as part of the app today. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights (for example, access, deletion, or portability). Contact us to exercise them; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We use industry-standard measures through our hosting and auth providers (encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security on user data). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
WeightMate is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). By using the app, you consent to this processing as described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
